We sat in the office approximately 8 hours a day that often brings back problems. There are many ways to maintain your health while in office. Listen nine stretching exercises that will lower your tension during work, as follows:
- Do not cross your legs. Crossing your legs can cause lower back pain. It can also reduce circulation can contribute to varicose veins.
